This Delivery Partner Master Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between:
Frebulous Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 bearing Corporate Identification Number (CIN) U00000GJ2026PTC000002, having its registered office at SF59, Sidhheshwar HallMark, Ajwa Road, Vadodara - 390019, Gujarat, India ("Frebulous", "Company", "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our");
and
the individual who registers, enrolls, accesses, logs into, accepts, performs services through, or otherwise participates in the Frebulous delivery partner program ("Delivery Partner", "Partner", "You", or "Your").
This Agreement governs the relationship between Frebulous and every Delivery Partner using the Frebulous Platform and shall apply throughout India.
1. PURPOSE OF THIS AGREEMENT
1.1 Frebulous operates a technology-enabled platform that facilitates laundry care, garment care, footwear care, dry-cleaning, pickup, transportation, logistics, and delivery-related services for customers, merchants, franchisees, business partners, and associated service providers.
1.2 Frebulous may connect customers, laundry service providers, merchants, franchise partners, operational partners, and delivery partners through digital systems, websites, applications, APIs, communication systems, and related technologies.
1.3 The Delivery Partner agrees to perform pickup, transportation, handling, logistics, delivery, and related support services through the Platform in accordance with this Agreement.
1.4 This Agreement establishes the legal framework governing the rights, responsibilities, obligations, restrictions, liabilities, and operational standards applicable to Delivery Partners.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT
2.1 By registering as a Delivery Partner, submitting documents, completing onboarding, logging into the Platform, accepting delivery assignments, or otherwise using the Platform, You acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
2.2 Acceptance may occur through:
- (a) mobile application acceptance;
- (b) digital click acceptance;
- (c) electronic consent;
- (d) document upload;
- (e) account activation;
- (f) acceptance of delivery assignments;
- (g) future digital acceptance mechanisms introduced by Frebulous.
2.3 Electronic records generated by Frebulous shall constitute valid evidence of acceptance.
2.4 You acknowledge that electronic acceptance carries the same legal effect as a physical signature.
2.5 This Agreement shall be enforceable under applicable laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000.
3. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR RELATIONSHIP
3.1 The Delivery Partner is an independent contractor.
3.2 Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating:
- (a) employment;
- (b) agency;
- (c) partnership;
- (d) joint venture;
- (e) franchise relationship;
- (f) employer-employee relationship.
3.3 Delivery Partners are not employees of Frebulous.
3.4 Delivery Partners are not entitled to:
- (a) provident fund;
- (b) gratuity;
- (c) employee state insurance;
- (d) paid leave;
- (e) retirement benefits;
- (f) employee bonuses;
- (g) employee stock options;
- (h) employee welfare schemes.
3.5 The Delivery Partner retains discretion regarding whether to remain logged into the Platform.
3.6 Frebulous does not guarantee:
- (a) minimum assignments;
- (b) minimum earnings;
- (c) minimum working hours;
- (d) minimum incentives.
3.7 Delivery Partners may work with competing platforms, including other logistics, transportation, commerce, food delivery, grocery delivery, courier, and marketplace companies.
3.8 Frebulous shall not require exclusivity unless separately agreed in writing.
4. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
4.1 To become a Delivery Partner, an individual must:
- (a) be at least 18 years old;
- (b) not exceed 55 years of age unless otherwise approved;
- (c) possess legal authority to enter contracts;
- (d) possess valid identity documentation;
- (e) maintain an active bank account;
- (f) maintain an active mobile number;
- (g) satisfy onboarding requirements.
4.2 Frebulous reserves the right to reject any application without assigning reasons.
4.3 Submission of documents does not guarantee approval.
4.4 Frebulous may establish additional eligibility criteria from time to time.
5. DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS
5.1 Delivery Partners may be required to provide:
- (a) Aadhaar;
- (b) PAN;
- (c) driving license where applicable;
- (d) bank account information;
- (e) passport-size photograph;
- (f) vehicle registration certificate;
- (g) additional compliance documents;
- (h) tax documentation;
- (i) declarations;
- (j) self-certifications.
5.2 Frebulous may request updated documents at any time.
5.3 Failure to provide requested documentation may result in:
- (a) restricted access;
- (b) suspension;
- (c) delayed payments;
- (d) deactivation.
5.4 Submission of forged documents shall result in immediate termination and may result in legal action.
6. ACCOUNT CREATION AND ACCESS
6.1 Every Delivery Partner shall maintain a single authorized account unless expressly permitted otherwise.
6.2 Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
6.3 Delivery Partners shall maintain confidentiality of:
- (a) passwords;
- (b) OTPs;
- (c) login credentials;
- (d) authentication mechanisms.
6.4 Sharing accounts is strictly prohibited.
6.5 Renting, selling, leasing, transferring, sublicensing, or otherwise permitting another individual to use a Delivery Partner account is prohibited.
6.6 Identity sharing shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.
7. VERIFICATION RIGHTS
7.1 Frebulous may conduct verification activities before, during, or after onboarding.
7.2 Verification may include:
- (a) identity verification;
- (b) document verification;
- (c) address verification;
- (d) facial verification;
- (e) live verification;
- (f) account verification;
- (g) operational verification;
- (h) fraud prevention checks.
7.3 Frebulous may use internal or third-party verification providers.
7.4 Refusal to cooperate with verification requirements may result in suspension or termination.
8. DELIVERY PARTNER OBLIGATIONS
8.1 The Delivery Partner agrees to:
- (a) act professionally;
- (b) comply with laws;
- (c) follow Platform policies;
- (d) maintain customer confidentiality;
- (e) maintain merchant confidentiality;
- (f) protect entrusted goods;
- (g) follow operational instructions.
8.2 Delivery Partners shall exercise reasonable care while handling customer garments, footwear, packages, accessories, and other entrusted property.
8.3 Delivery Partners shall not intentionally damage, alter, inspect, misuse, or tamper with customer property.
9. PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
9.1 Frebulous may establish operational standards relating to:
- (a) pickup performance;
- (b) delivery completion;
- (c) customer satisfaction;
- (d) service quality;
- (e) professionalism;
- (f) safety compliance.
9.2 Delivery Partners acknowledge that failure to meet operational standards may impact access to the Platform.
9.3 Performance standards may be revised periodically.
9.4 Frebulous reserves the right to allocate assignments based on business needs, operational requirements, service levels, customer demand, geographic factors, and platform efficiency.
10. RIGHT TO MODIFY PLATFORM
10.1 Frebulous may introduce, remove, suspend, replace, modify, or discontinue any Platform feature.
10.2 Frebulous may update:
- (a) operational processes;
- (b) onboarding standards;
- (c) payout mechanisms;
- (d) security requirements;
- (e) compliance obligations;
- (f) verification procedures.
10.3 Continued use of the Platform following updates shall constitute acceptance of such changes.
11. COMPLIANCE WITH LAW
11.1 Delivery Partners shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, notifications, government directives, transport requirements, and statutory obligations.
11.2 Delivery Partners shall not engage in conduct that may expose Frebulous to regulatory, civil, criminal, administrative, or reputational risk.
11.3 Frebulous may cooperate with governmental authorities, law enforcement agencies, courts, regulators, and statutory bodies where legally required.
11.4 Delivery Partners acknowledge that violations may result in suspension, termination, reporting to authorities, or legal proceedings.
12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
12.1 This Agreement forms part of the broader Frebulous legal framework, including:
- (a) Privacy Policy;
- (b) Security Policy;
- (c) Terms of Use;
- (d) Delivery Partner Policies;
- (e) Operational Guidelines;
- (f) Safety Policies;
- (g) Fraud Prevention Policies;
- (h) Incentive Policies;
- (i) Future amendments.
12.2 In the event of conflict, Frebulous may determine the order of precedence to the extent permitted by law.
12.3 The English version of this Agreement shall prevail over any translated version.
12.4 Hindi, Gujarati, or other translations may be provided for convenience only.
12.5 This Agreement shall remain effective until terminated in accordance with applicable provisions.
13. DEFINITIONS
For purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned below unless the context requires otherwise.
13.1 Account
"Account" means the digital delivery partner account created, approved, maintained, operated, or used by a Delivery Partner for accessing the Frebulous Platform.
13.2 Application
"Application" means any mobile application, software application, website application, web portal, dashboard, partner portal, API interface, or future technology platform operated or authorized by Frebulous.
13.3 Assigned Order
"Assigned Order" means any pickup, transportation, delivery, return, exchange, logistics, verification, collection, or related task assigned through the Platform.
13.4 Business Partner
"Business Partner" means any merchant, franchisee, service provider, laundry facility, processing center, warehouse operator, logistics partner, vendor, or commercial entity working with Frebulous.
13.5 Customer
"Customer" means any individual, household, commercial customer, merchant customer, business customer, corporate customer, or platform user requesting services through Frebulous.
13.6 Delivery Partner
"Delivery Partner" means an approved independent contractor authorized by Frebulous to perform pickup, transportation, delivery, logistics, and related services.
13.7 Delivery Zone
"Delivery Zone" means a geographic area determined by Frebulous for assignment, routing, operations, serviceability, or logistical management.
13.8 Fraudulent Activity
"Fraudulent Activity" includes deception, misrepresentation, manipulation, misuse of systems, abuse of incentives, identity misuse, fake deliveries, false reporting, GPS spoofing, or any activity intended to obtain unauthorized benefits.
13.9 Merchant
"Merchant" means any store, laundry facility, service center, processing unit, warehouse, franchisee, or business entity connected to the Platform.
13.10 Platform
"Platform" means all websites, applications, systems, software, technologies, interfaces, databases, communication tools, APIs, and digital infrastructure operated by Frebulous.
13.11 Services
"Services" means pickup, transportation, handling, logistics, delivery, return, exchange, collection, verification, and other related activities performed through the Platform.
14. INTERPRETATION
- 14.1 References to singular shall include plural and vice versa.
- 14.2 References to one gender include all genders.
- 14.3 Headings are included for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
- 14.4 References to laws include amendments, replacements, notifications, rules, regulations, circulars, and future enactments.
- 14.5 The words "including", "include", and "includes" shall mean including without limitation.
- 14.6 References to "written" or "writing" include electronic communications.
- 14.7 Any ambiguity shall be interpreted in a commercially reasonable manner consistent with the objectives of this Agreement.
15. PLATFORM OPERATIONS
15.1 Nature of Platform
Frebulous operates a technology-enabled platform facilitating logistics and delivery services associated with laundry care, garment care, footwear care, dry cleaning, restoration services, and related business operations.
15.2 Technology Provider Role
Frebulous may act as:
- (a) technology provider;
- (b) marketplace facilitator;
- (c) logistics coordinator;
- (d) platform operator;
- (e) service facilitator;
- (f) business intermediary.
15.3 No Guarantee of Work
Frebulous does not guarantee:
- (a) order volume;
- (b) assignment frequency;
- (c) income levels;
- (d) service requests;
- (e) incentives;
- (f) bonuses.
15.4 Business Continuity
Service availability may vary based on:
- (a) customer demand;
- (b) geography;
- (c) weather;
- (d) operational requirements;
- (e) system availability;
- (f) merchant participation.
16. DELIVERY ZONES
16.1 Geographic Operations
Frebulous may operate across India and may expand, reduce, suspend, or modify service areas at its sole discretion.
16.2 Zone Assignment
Delivery Partners may indicate preferred service areas.
16.3 Company Allocation
Frebulous reserves the right to allocate orders based on:
- (a) demand;
- (b) location;
- (c) performance;
- (d) operational efficiency;
- (e) customer requirements;
- (f) logistics needs.
16.4 Dynamic Service Areas
Delivery zones may change at any time.
16.5 Emergency Allocation
During periods of operational necessity, Frebulous may temporarily modify assignments, routes, delivery zones, and service areas.
17. ORDER ASSIGNMENT FRAMEWORK
17.1 Assignment Process
Orders may be assigned through automated systems, algorithms, operational teams, dispatch personnel, or other mechanisms determined by Frebulous.
17.2 Assignment Factors
Assignment decisions may consider:
- (a) proximity;
- (b) availability;
- (c) performance history;
- (d) customer requirements;
- (e) service levels;
- (f) capacity;
- (g) operational priorities.
17.3 Acceptance
A Delivery Partner may receive opportunities to accept assigned orders.
17.4 Refusal
Frebulous may permit refusal of assignments subject to operational policies.
17.5 Abuse
Repeated abuse of assignment systems may result in review, suspension, or deactivation.
18. PICKUP OPERATIONS
18.1 Pickup Locations
Orders may originate from:
- (a) customer residences;
- (b) customer offices;
- (c) merchants;
- (d) franchisees;
- (e) warehouses;
- (f) service centers;
- (g) laundry facilities;
- (h) processing centers.
18.2 Verification
Delivery Partners may be required to verify:
- (a) pickup identity;
- (b) package details;
- (c) order information;
- (d) digital confirmation.
18.3 Pickup Confirmation
Pickup completion may require digital acknowledgment through the Platform.
18.4 Failed Pickup
Frebulous may establish procedures for failed pickup attempts.
19. DELIVERY OPERATIONS
19.1 Delivery Standards
Delivery Partners shall exercise reasonable care in completing deliveries.
19.2 Customer Verification
Delivery confirmation may require:
- (a) OTP;
- (b) signature;
- (c) application confirmation;
- (d) photograph;
- (e) digital acknowledgment;
- (f) alternative methods approved by Frebulous.
19.3 Delivery Completion
A delivery shall be deemed completed when verified according to Platform requirements.
19.4 Customer Unavailability
Frebulous may prescribe procedures for customer absence, delivery rescheduling, returns, or escalations.
20. PACKAGE HANDLING REQUIREMENTS
20.1 Duty of Care
Delivery Partners shall handle customer property with reasonable care.
20.2 Maximum Declared Value
Certain orders may contain garments, footwear, accessories, or other items with values up to ₹45,000 or such other value determined by Frebulous.
20.3 No Unauthorized Inspection
Delivery Partners shall not open packages except where:
- (a) required by law;
- (b) required by security protocols;
- (c) authorized by Frebulous.
20.4 Prohibited Handling
Delivery Partners shall not:
- (a) tamper with packages;
- (b) alter packaging;
- (c) remove contents;
- (d) substitute items;
- (e) intentionally damage property.
21. CUSTOMER INTERACTION STANDARDS
21.1 Professional Conduct
Delivery Partners shall interact respectfully with customers.
21.2 Communication Channels
Frebulous may provide:
- (a) masked calling;
- (b) virtual numbers;
- (c) in-app communication;
- (d) messaging tools.
21.3 Personal Contact Information
Delivery Partners shall not disclose customer information except as required to complete services.
21.4 Entering Customer Premises
Delivery Partners shall not enter customer residences, apartments, rooms, or private premises unless expressly authorized under applicable operational procedures.
21.5 Tips
Customers may voluntarily provide tips.
21.6 No Solicitation
Delivery Partners shall not demand:
- (a) tips;
- (b) gifts;
- (c) favors;
- (d) additional payments.
22. MERCHANT INTERACTION STANDARDS
22.1 Professional Conduct
Delivery Partners shall treat merchants respectfully.
22.2 No Unauthorized Agreements
Delivery Partners shall not enter commercial agreements on behalf of Frebulous.
22.3 No Pricing Discussions
Delivery Partners shall not negotiate:
- (a) pricing;
- (b) commissions;
- (c) commercial arrangements;
- (d) service contracts.
22.4 Merchant Property
Merchant property shall be handled with reasonable care.
23. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Delivery Partners shall not engage in:
- (a) fraud;
- (b) theft;
- (c) harassment;
- (d) discrimination;
- (e) violence;
- (f) threats;
- (g) intimidation;
- (h) bribery;
- (i) corruption;
- (j) extortion;
- (k) illegal activities;
- (l) data misuse;
- (m) account sharing;
- (n) impersonation;
- (o) GPS manipulation;
- (p) identity fraud;
- (q) fake deliveries;
- (r) falsified reports;
- (s) unauthorized recordings;
- (t) unlawful surveillance.
24. COMMUNICATIONS
24.1 Electronic Communications
Frebulous may communicate through:
- (a) app notifications;
- (b) SMS;
- (c) email;
- (d) calls;
- (e) messaging systems;
- (f) future communication methods.
24.2 Operational Instructions
Delivery Partners shall monitor official communication channels.
24.3 Binding Notices
Notices sent electronically shall be deemed delivered when transmitted by Frebulous systems.
25. PLATFORM GOVERNANCE
25.1 Policy Framework
The Delivery Partner agrees to comply with all present and future Platform policies.
25.2 Operational Authority
Frebulous may establish reasonable operational standards to maintain service quality, customer satisfaction, legal compliance, security, and business continuity.
25.3 Investigative Authority
Frebulous may investigate:
- (a) complaints;
- (b) incidents;
- (c) disputes;
- (d) accidents;
- (e) fraud allegations;
- (f) compliance concerns.
25.4 Cooperation Requirement
Delivery Partners shall reasonably cooperate with investigations.
25.5 Preservation of Evidence
Frebulous may preserve digital records, logs, GPS information, communications, photographs, and related evidence for compliance, safety, security, and legal purposes.
26. PARTNER ONBOARDING FRAMEWORK
26.1 Application Process
Any individual seeking to become a Delivery Partner must successfully complete the onboarding process prescribed by Frebulous.
26.2 No Automatic Approval
Submission of an application does not create any right to approval, onboarding, activation, engagement, assignment, earnings, or participation on the Platform.
26.3 Review Rights
Frebulous reserves the unrestricted right to:
- (a) approve an application;
- (b) reject an application;
- (c) request additional information;
- (d) conduct investigations;
- (e) delay onboarding;
- (f) require additional verification.
26.4 No Obligation to State Reasons
Frebulous shall not be obligated to disclose reasons for rejection, suspension, refusal, delay, or deactivation except where required by applicable law.
27. ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
27.1 Basic Eligibility
The applicant must:
- (a) be at least eighteen (18) years old;
- (b) not exceed fifty-five (55) years of age unless otherwise approved;
- (c) possess legal capacity to contract;
- (d) be legally eligible to perform services in India;
- (e) maintain valid identification documents;
- (f) satisfy operational requirements established by Frebulous.
27.2 Continuing Eligibility
Eligibility must be maintained throughout the duration of participation on the Platform.
27.3 Loss of Eligibility
Failure to maintain eligibility may result in:
- (a) restricted access;
- (b) temporary suspension;
- (c) investigation;
- (d) permanent deactivation.
28. KYC REQUIREMENTS
28.1 Mandatory KYC
Delivery Partners shall complete Know Your Customer ("KYC") requirements as prescribed by Frebulous.
28.2 Required Documents
Frebulous may require one or more of the following:

- (c) Driving License;
- (d) Passport Photograph;
- (e) Vehicle Registration Certificate;
- (f) Bank Account Details;
- (g) Address Proof;
- (h) Tax Documentation;

- (k) Any other documentation deemed necessary.
28.3 Additional Documentation
Frebulous may request additional documentation at any time.
28.4 Authenticity Requirement
All submitted documents must be:
- (a) genuine;
- (b) valid;
- (c) current;
- (d) accurate;
- (e) unaltered.
28.5 False Documentation
Submission of forged, manipulated, fabricated, misleading, expired, or fraudulent documents shall constitute a material breach and may result in:
- (a) immediate deactivation;
- (b) cancellation of earnings;
- (c) recovery proceedings;
- (d) civil action;
- (e) criminal complaints;
- (f) regulatory reporting.
29. REKYC AND PERIODIC VERIFICATION
29.1 Continuous Verification Rights
Frebulous may require periodic re-verification.
29.2 Trigger Events
Re-verification may occur due to:
- (a) suspicious activity;
- (b) fraud indicators;
- (c) compliance reviews;
- (d) legal requirements;
- (e) customer complaints;
- (f) merchant complaints;
- (g) account recovery requests;
- (h) system-generated alerts.
29.3 Mandatory Cooperation
Delivery Partners must cooperate with all verification requests.
29.4 Failure to Cooperate
Failure to cooperate may result in:
- (a) account restrictions;
- (b) payment delays;
- (c) suspension;
- (d) deactivation.
30. IDENTITY VERIFICATION
30.1 Identity Authentication
Frebulous may authenticate identity using technological and manual processes.
30.2 Verification Methods
Verification methods may include:
- (a) facial verification;
- (b) selfie verification;
- (c) document verification;
- (d) liveness checks;
- (e) biometric verification where permitted by law;
- (f) manual review;
- (g) third-party verification tools.
30.3 Fraud Prevention
Identity verification systems may be used to detect:
- (a) account sharing;
- (b) impersonation;
- (c) duplicate accounts;
- (d) unauthorized access;
- (e) identity theft.
30.4 Ongoing Verification
Identity checks may occur at any stage of Platform participation.
31. BACKGROUND REVIEW
31.1 Review Rights
Frebulous may conduct internal or third-party background reviews.
31.2 Review Scope
Reviews may include:
- (a) identity validation;
- (b) address validation;
- (c) criminal history checks where lawful;
- (d) fraud investigations;
- (e) previous platform misconduct;
- (f) risk assessments.
31.3 Adverse Findings
Frebulous may refuse onboarding or deactivate accounts based upon adverse findings.
31.4 Risk-Based Decisions
Risk assessments shall be determined by Frebulous in accordance with business, legal, operational, and security requirements.
32. DELIVERY PARTNER ACCOUNT SECURITY
32.1 Personal Responsibility
The Delivery Partner is solely responsible for maintaining account security.
32.2 Credential Protection
The Delivery Partner shall protect:
- (a) passwords;
- (b) OTPs;
- (c) authentication codes;
- (d) access credentials;
- (e) device security.
32.3 Reporting Requirement
Unauthorized access must be reported immediately.
32.4 Security Breaches
Frebulous may suspend access if security concerns arise.
33. SINGLE ACCOUNT POLICY
33.1 One Person One Account
Unless expressly authorized, each Delivery Partner may maintain only one account.
33.2 Duplicate Accounts
Creation or operation of multiple accounts may result in enforcement action.
33.3 Linked Accounts
Frebulous may identify, review, merge, suspend, or deactivate linked accounts.
33.4 System Monitoring
Systems may be used to identify duplicate, suspicious, or connected accounts.
34. ACCOUNT SHARING PROHIBITION
34.1 Personal Use Only
Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
34.2 Prohibited Conduct
Delivery Partners shall not:
- (a) lend accounts;
- (b) rent accounts;
- (c) sell accounts;
- (d) transfer accounts;
- (e) permit third-party access.
34.3 Identity Misuse
Identity sharing constitutes a serious violation of Platform policies.
34.4 Enforcement
Identity sharing may result in:
- (a) suspension;
- (b) investigation;
- (c) deactivation;
- (d) legal action.
35. VEHICLE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
35.1 Permitted Vehicles
Frebulous may permit use of:
- (a) motorcycles;
- (b) scooters;
- (c) electric scooters;
- (d) electric vehicles;
- (e) bicycles;
- (f) other approved vehicles.
35.2 Vehicle Approval
Vehicle approval remains subject to Frebulous review.
35.3 Future Vehicle Categories
Additional vehicle categories may be introduced.
36. VEHICLE DOCUMENTATION
36.1 Mandatory Documentation
Delivery Partners using vehicles shall maintain:
- (a) valid registration certificate (RC);
- (b) ownership documentation where applicable;
- (c) legally required permits where applicable.
36.2 Verification Rights
Frebulous may verify vehicle documentation periodically.
36.3 Failure to Maintain Documentation
Failure to maintain documentation may result in restrictions or suspension.
37. VEHICLE SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
37.1 Safe Operating Condition
Vehicles must remain roadworthy and safe.
37.2 Maintenance Responsibility
The Delivery Partner is solely responsible for:
- (a) maintenance;
- (b) repairs;
- (c) servicing;
- (d) fuel;
- (e) charging;
- (f) operational expenses.
37.3 Unsafe Vehicles
Frebulous may prohibit use of unsafe vehicles.
37.4 Safety Reviews
Frebulous may require photographs, inspections, or verification of vehicle condition.
38. SAFETY EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS

- (h) Grievance Policies;
- (i) future Platform policies.
217. FUTURE POLICY UPDATES
217.1 Amendment Rights
Frebulous may modify Platform policies from time to time.
217.2 Notification
Policy updates may be communicated electronically.
217.3 Continued Participation
Continued use of the Platform may constitute acceptance of revised policies.

DELIVERY PARTNER CODE OF CONDUCT
Delivery Partners shall:
- (a) act honestly;
- (b) act professionally;
- (c) respect customers;
- (d) respect merchants;
- (e) protect property;
- (f) follow laws;
- (g) avoid conflicts;
- (h) safeguard information;
- (i) comply with Platform rules.
219. ANNEXURE B
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES SUMMARY
The following activities are prohibited:
- (a) fraud;
- (b) theft;
- (c) fake deliveries;
- (d) fake pickups;
- (e) GPS spoofing;
- (f) account sharing;
- (g) identity fraud;
- (h) harassment;
- (i) discrimination;
- (j) violence;
- (k) bribery;
- (l) corruption;
- (m) extortion;
- (n) customer data misuse;
- (o) merchant data misuse;
- (p) platform abuse.

DOCUMENT CHECKLIST
Delivery Partners may be required to provide:
- (a) Aadhaar;
- (b) PAN;
- (c) driving licence;
- (d) bank account information;
- (e) photograph;
- (f) RC;
- (g) additional compliance documentation.

SAFETY CHECKLIST
Delivery Partners should ensure:
- (a) helmet usage;
- (b) safe vehicle condition;
- (c) sufficient fuel or charge;
- (d) operational mobile device;
- (e) safe delivery equipment.

INVESTIGATION EVIDENCE SOURCES
Frebulous may rely upon:
- (a) GPS records;
- (b) photographs;
- (c) communications;
- (d) customer reports;
- (e) merchant reports;
- (f) digital logs;
- (g) system records;
- (h) support records.
223. ENTIRE AGREEMENT CONFIRMATION
This Agreement, together with all incorporated policies and future amendments, constitutes the complete agreement between Frebulous and the Delivery Partner regarding participation in the Frebulous Delivery Partner Program.
224. EXECUTION
By accepting this Agreement electronically, the Delivery Partner confirms that:
- The Agreement has been read and understood.
- The Delivery Partner voluntarily agrees to be bound by its terms.
- The Delivery Partner has authority to enter into this Agreement.
- All information provided is true and accurate.
- The Delivery Partner agrees to comply with all Platform policies and applicable laws.
